1. Submit the Demolition Delay Waiver Application to the Town Clerk's office.
2. Once the Town Clerk has stamped in the application, submit a copy of the application along with a $200 check payable to Town of Falmouth, photographs of the existing building from each side, and one copy of the proposed architectural plans to the Historical Commission office.
3. The application will be placed on the next available Historical Commission agenda. Direct abutters will be notified by the Historical Commission office two weeks prior to the scheduled public meeting.
4. The Historical Commission will review the application at the public meeting(s) and vote whether or not to grant the waiver.
