Measures Taken to Protect Health of Voters and Poll Workers
Early Voting is encouraged to reduce the number of people at the polls at any one time. Instructions and ballot applications are available HERE.
Social Distancing will be enforced at polling places. Voters will be asked to maintain 6 feet of distance and the number of voters permitted inside the polling places will be limited. Be prepared to wait outside when polls are busy.
Plexiglass barriers will be placed on tables to separate poll workers and voters and voting booths will be at least 6 feet apart.
Voting Booths will be cleaned repeatedly throughout election day.
Voters are asked to bring their own pens. Blue or black felt or ballpoint pens will work but do not use permanent markers or Sharpies which bleed through the ballot.
Voters are strongly urged to wear cloth face coverings to the polling place. Town will have a limited supply of masks for voters unable to obtain one.
