Snow Plow Contractor Information

The Town of Falmouth is seeking experienced plow contractors with 1-Ton pick-up trucks and 8’ minimum plow blade.

Please fill out the Plow Contractor's Information Sheet below and attach copies of the Certificate of Liability Insurance and Vehicle Registration.

Vehicle Inspections will be scheduled upon approval of information package.
