On December 6, 2021, the Town of Falmouth's Building Department migrated from a paper application process to an online permitting system called permiteyes. Having permits done online has enabled us to receive, process and approve permits in a timely matter. Therefore as of May 1, 2023 the Building Department will only accept paper building applications on a request and approval basis. This does not include plumbing, gas and electrical applications.
