Change in Waste Management Facility Procedures
Per order of Falmouth Select Board:
Beginning on Tuesday August 15, Falmouth residents will be required to have an annual Waste Management Facility sticker to access the Upper Level of the Waste Management Facility. This area includes collection containers for Mattresses, White Goods, Tires, Propane Tanks, and Construction & Demolition Waste.
Single visit fees will still allow access to Lower Level facilities, which include the Single Stream Recycling container. The Universal Waste Shed (batteries, fluorescent bulbs, mercury devices), Food Scrap Compost, Book Collection Boxes, Clothing/Textile Collection Boxes, and Swap Shop (all on Lower Level) are also limited to Falmouth residents and do not require a sticker.
Annual stickers may be purchased in-person at the Town Clerk's Office between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm or online. Falmouth car registration is required to purchase stickers. Annual Stickers are not sold at the Waste Management Facility. For payment information see: https://www.falmouthma.gov/339/Online-Bill-Payment
