1. How often does the Planning Board meet?

The Planning Board always meets on a Tuesday night, two to three times a month. Meetings are held in the Town Hall starting at 7 p.m. and usually last until 10 p.m.

2. How long does it take to get on the Planning Board's agenda for permits?

Special Permit and Definitive Plans are scheduled for a public hearing usually three to four weeks after the application is received.
Site Plan Reviews are scheduled for an agenda two to three weeks after being received.
Approval Not Required plans are scheduled within one week of receipt.

3. How soon can I get on the Planning Board's agenda to discuss a planning issue?

The Planning Board tries to schedule a discussion meeting at least once a month. At these meetings planning topics are reviewed and general discussions are held. For more information you can contact the Planning Department at 508-495-7440.
