Per Town legislation § 87-4 "No dogs or other animals shall be brought upon any of said public beaches nor permitted thereon between May 1 and October 1."
A friendly reminder that, for everyone's health and welfare, dogs are not allowed on Town of Falmouth beaches from May 1 through October 1, whether leashed or unleashed. Offenders can be fined $50.
While the beaches are off-limits to dogs, the Falmouth Dog Park provides a safe, social, convenient place for exercise and fun. Open dawn to dusk, located on Brick Kiln Rd. between Gifford St. & Sandwich Rd.
