[ARCHIVED] Household Hazardous Waste Collection on June 18

Falmouth's Annual Household Hazardous Waste Collection is Saturday, June 18,  9:00 am - 1:00 pm at Falmouth High School, 874 Gifford Street. Some household products are too toxic to go in the Trash. Residents may safely dispose of their hazardous household materials including Pesticides & Lawn Chemicals, Cleaners, Disinfectants, Arts & Crafts Supplies, Auto & Boat Fluids, Pool Chemicals, Oil Paints, Polishes, and Stains. (No Latex or Acrylic accepted.) 

Visit www.loveyourlocalwater.org for complete list of accepted materials and event details. This program is coordinated by Barnstable County Hazardous Materials Program HazMat Environmental Specialist, Kalliope Chute, 1-800-319-2783.

Small business material disposal is accepted, see website for details.

Residents of Bourne, Falmouth, Mashpee, and Sandwich may attend for free. Non-residents visit website for registration. Proof of residency required.
