PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Falmouth Select Board will hold a public hearing under M.G.L. c. 130 §§ 52 and 97 and pursuant to Falmouth Charter § C3-7(H) on a request to modify Select Board Regulations Chapter 275, Shellfish and Herring. This public hearing request was received on January 22, 2024 in the Office of the Select Board. Said hearing will be held on February 26, 2024 at 6:45 p.m. in the Select Board’s Meeting Room, Town Hall, located at 59 Town Hall Square, Falmouth, MA.
