Traffic Alert: Jones Road - Palmer Avenue - Ter Heun Drive

Contractors will be finishing the installation of an electrical duct bank and manholes for Eversource's submarine line project starting April 29, at 7:00 AM. This work will take place from in front of #31 Jones Road, extend across Palmer Avenue, and continue up Ter Heun Drive to the Shining Sea Bikeway crosswalk. Work is anticipated to finish around May 10.

Work in Jones Road will require a traffic detour as shown on the map below. Work hours will be 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Work in Palmer Avenue will require a reduction in lanes at the intersection as shown on the map below. Work hours will be 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Work in Ter Heun Drive will require one lane alternating traffic in the immediate work area.

The contractor is coordinating with Falmouth Fire Rescue, Falmouth Police, and Falmouth Hospital.

Please plan accordingly and avoid the area, if possible, otherwise stay alert and follow modified traffic routes.
