DOGS ON TOWN BEACHES

MAY 1^ST – OCT 1^ST

This is a reminder that dogs are not allowed on Town of Falmouth beaches from May 1^st to October 1^st pursuant to the Falmouth Town Code Chapter 87 (4). This includes all public beaches in the town. In addition, dogs may not be brought on town beaches to access private beaches.

All dogs must be properly restrained by leash when taken off the owner’s property or on property of another with permission. Falmouth Town Chapter 83 (18). This does not apply to dogs in private vehicles.
