In the 2023 Consumer Confidence Report sent out to all customers, we notified you “One noncompliance sample was reported and sampled one week late but came back clean and DEP was fully aware.” Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection found that the notification was not sufficient and requires us to issue an addition public notification.
