In November 2024, Town Meeting members approved the disposition of town-owned land for affordable housing at 0 Locustfield Rd (2 parcels), 0 West Falmouth Hwy (2 parcels), 20 Brigantine Rd and 21 Pheasant Ln.
In order to properly dispose of the land, the town has prepared Draft Request for Proposals (RFPs) and is looking for public feedback. This meeting will provide an opportunity to learn more about the details, ask questions, and provide input. All feedback will be provided to the Select Board at their July 28, 2025 regularly scheduled meeting.
