Falmouth residents are invited to recycle their Styrofoam/EPS on Saturday, Jan. 17 (9am - 12pm) at the DPW Parking Lot, 416 Gifford Street. There is no fee to participate. Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) (a.k.a. Styrofoam) products take up lots of space in the landfill but are 100% recyclable! Acceptable materials include Styrofoam packaging, coolers, food trays, egg cartons, drink cups, and “clamshell” containers. All materials must be clean, dry, and free of labels, tape, or debris. See the EPS Recycling page for more information.
