Town of Falmouth Proposed FY 2018 Assessments are available for review.
Public Review Period Through November 7th, 2017
As part of the Massachusetts Department of Revenue mandated triennial re-certification process the Falmouth Assessing Department is in the final phase of re-assessing all taxable real and personal property in its jurisdiction.
Proposed assessments are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week on the Town of Falmouth Web site: http://falmouth.patriotproperties.com and: at the Falmouth Town Hall-weekdays 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.,
The proposed assessments reflect value as of January 1, 2017; these assessments will be used as the basis for fiscal year 2018 real estate and personal property taxes and will first appear on the 2018 actual tax bill.
