It has come to our attention that the jellyfish have arrived in big numbers. This is normal when the August heat brings warm water.
The jellyfish about 4-6 inches across and tentacles in the 3-5 inch range. Some people will feel some discomfort and/or extreme pain when coming in contact with these jellyfish. If stung, see the lifeguard if your beach is still staffed. If stung and your beach does not have lifeguards, seek medical attention
where available.
