The Falmouth Planning Board and the Affordable Housing Committee have recommended approval of an updated Housing Production Plan. The Plan was most recently updated to include revisions requested by the Planning Board and is now being sent to the Board of Selectmen for approval at their December 17, 2018, meeting. The Falmouth Housing Production Plan updated on December 5, 2018 can be accessed on-line at Housing Production Plan 12-2018.
