There will be two work crews this week.
One crew will be at the intersection of Falmouth Heights and Main Street and will be installing 16 inch pipe westward towards Scranton.
The Detour will be Scranton to Robbins to Falmouth Heights.
Later in the week the will change direction and install from the other side of the directional drilling at the Bank of America towards Davis Straights – that may require that we reduce traffic to one lane, we need to lay it out some more to make a final decision.
We have been pressure testing and chlorinating segments of the installed pipe and we have enough pipe ready that a Second Crew will begin installing hydrants, services, and cross street tie ins starting at the Green and going eastward on Main Street towards King Street.
Detours will move along with the work zone on a block by block basis.
