EEL RIVER WEST
NEW MOORING ASSIGNMENTS
New mooring assignments will temporarily be suspended in Eel River West until a study is conducted on the inlet. The study will be designed to address the shoaling in the pond and may result in the navigational channel being relocated.
Area affected by the temporary closure:
South of a straight line drawn from the end of the dock located at 6 Yacht Club Road to the south east corner of the property located at 452 Seacoast Shores Boulevard.
No new mooring assignments will be issued in this area in 2021. New permits may be issued in 2022 depending on the outcome of the study of the area.
