Looking for Information on where to get COVID-19 Vaccines and Tests on the Cape? 

  • Call Barnstable County Hotline (774) 330-3001; 

  • Visit Commonwealth of MA website - https://www.mass.gov/where-can-i-get-the-covid-19-vaccine

  • Visit Town of Falmouth Website which will be updated frequently - https://www.falmouthma.gov/Coronavirus 

  • Please do NOT call Falmouth Health Department for Vaccine information

    Vaccine Information - Updated January 20, 2021

    • Massachusetts is in Phase 1 of the 3-Phase Vaccination Plan which includes health care workers, individuals living in long-term care and first responders. https://www.mass.gov/covid-19-vaccine-in-massachusetts 
    • The Falmouth Health Department does not have access to any vaccine at this time and is not taking registration for vaccines by phone. 
    • Town staff are working with the Barnstable County to stand up a regional vaccination site at the Barnstable County Fairgrounds in February. Vaccination at the Fairgrounds will be made available to those eligible per the MA Phase Plan and by appointment only. 
    • Appointments for vaccines will be made using a Commonwealth of MA online registration system known as PrepMod. This system is not live yet. A link will be posted here as soon as the MA registration system is launched for Falmouth residents.
    • At this time, the Town is unable to obtain vaccines for anyone other than first responders. Please do NOT call the Falmouth Health Department for vaccine information. Check this website for updates or call the Barnstable County COVID-19 Hotline at (774) 330-3001.
    • Once further details are available about when vaccines will be available, the Town will use all available communication means to get the word out with the details on the dates, times and locations. 
    • The MA Department of Public Health maintains a website detailing vaccine distribution plans that is updated regularly:
