The Cape Cod COVID-19 Response Task Force and MassSupport Network are partnering to present Season of Change, Coping During COVID. The event will focus on understanding the psychological impact of the challenges faced during this time and will offer helpful coping and self-care practices. The event will also provide an opportunity for attendees to ask questions of local health and human service experts. Featured speakers include: Larry Berkowitz, EdD, Director of Riverside Trauma Center; Elizabeth Rego, MSW, Team Lead of MassSupport; and Kolby Andrade, LCSW of MassSupport.
