[ARCHIVED] Tropical Storm Henri - Update August 22, 2021 3:00PM

FINAL PUBLIC NOTICE – TROPICAL STORM HENRI
August 22, 2021 3PM

The most significant impacts of Tropical Storm Henri on the Town of Falmouth have now passed.  The remnants of this tropical storm are slowly moving north and west at this time.  We understand that the remainder of this storm front is predicted to make a move to the east and ultimately out to sea over the coming couple days.

The Falmouth Emergency Operations Center is officially ceasing operations as of 3PM today.  The Town of Falmouth has fared remarkably well given the original predictions regarding this storm.  My thanks and compliments to all Falmouth emergency operations personnel for their diligent and tireless work on behalf of residents and businesses during this storm event.  I thank our residents and visitors for their patience and cooperation during this time period as well.  Enjoy the balance of the weekend.
