The film tells the real-life story of Emma Benoit, who was left paralyzed after a suicide attempt at age 16, and now uses her experience to spread awareness about youth suicide and help others find hope. It also highlights the stories of two young people who died by suicide, and the devastating effects on suicide loss survivors - the family and friends left to grapple with their loss - offering information on suicide prevention measures.
