Join B FREE Wellness, Inc for an interactive workshop for providers, people in recovery and loved ones of recovery to learn holistic and mindfulness practices of thriving not just surviving in recovery. These sessions will be facilitated by Ayanna Parrent, LICSW, RYT 500, the owner and founder of B FREE Wellness, Inc. Three sessions will be provided, two in-person and one virtual.
