The most recent (07/13/2022) water sample test results from Woodneck Beach indicated elevated bacteria levels were present. We're awaiting further test results from a re-sampling done today (07/14/2022). In procedure with current guidance, NO SWIMMING signs are being posted within the hour. Staff on duty have been informed that all swimmers attempting to enter the water, as well as those entering the parking lot, are made aware of this exceedance. Additional information, and updates, will be posted as they become available to Beach Department staff.
