MES was notified by MA DMF this morning that West Falmouth Harbor has met the required criteria to be opened to shellfishing. Please see the opening dates for the areas below:
All waters of West Falmouth Harbor that are free from shellfishing restrictions are opened to shellfishing as of this morning, Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 9:00 AM.
The West Falmouth Harbor Family Area (open to recreational shellfish permit holders only on Saturdays and Sundays only) will be open to shellfishing at sunrise on Saturday, November 5, 2022.
