Per the 2025-2026 Falmouth Scallop Regulations, bay scallops are available for recreational harvest effective October 1st. The West Falmouth Family Area is not yet open to shellfishing for the season, and therefore oyster harvest is not yet open. An update will be posted as soon as an anticipated opening date has been provided by the Massachusetts Division of Marine Fisheries.
