The 2026 mooring and waitlist renewal invoices have been issued. Most by email some by USPS.

Please note, the mooring fees for 2026 have increased. The minimum is now $125.00, and the maximum is $160.00, depending on the length of the vessel assigned to your account as of 1/1/2026.
The commercial yacht club fee is now $160.00, and all other commercial fees are $245.00 per morning.
All waitlists, including the initial application fee and annual renewal fees are now $25.00 per list.
If you do not intend on renewing your mooring permit(s) for 2026, please email our office directly so we can remove it from your account.
