Megansett Harbor BB-50
Inner Harbor oyster area: Check signs at the beach for what areas are open.
- There are two well-marked areas for harvest which will alternate opening.
- All empty shells should NOT be returned to this area. Return all shells to any area in West Falmouth Harbor.
- Commercial open days: April 20 (8am opening day) then sunrise for April 22, 25, 27, 29, May 2, 4, 6 (Permit limit of 2 bushels per open day)
- Recreational open days: April 19, 2017-May 6, 2017 (Permit limit of one peck per week)
Anyone found in the closed area or in violation of the rules or regulation will have an immediate permit revocation for 6 months per Town of Falmouth Bylaws.
