Next week is a short work week. We will be working 7 to 5 on Monday and Tuesday and 7- noon on Wednesday.
One crew will be finishing up the permanent trench paving on Teaticket Highway doing the stretch from the Homestead light to Falmouth Lumber.
Crew will also be doing some miscellaneous items – removing the hydrants off of the old main, clean up etc.
We should be done with the stretch from Oxbow to the School Administration until next Spring when we will mill and overlay ½ of the road – the side that the trench is on.
Westbound traffic will be detoured to Brick Kiln Road.
Second crew will continue with installing water main at the other end of the project on Palmer Ave next to the green.
There is a possibility that we will do a short segment in Main Street in front of the church so that we are aligned to be able to go east back on Main Street to Locust Street.
Palmer Ave will be closed to through traffic next to the green.
