With the start of the season, the Beach Dept. is bustling! Starting Saturday, June 20 and moving forward we’ll be staffing parking lots regularly, checking stickers & charging fees (exact change & credit cards accepted at Old Silver $20, Surf Drive $15 & Menauhant $15). Lifeguards will be present at certain locations this week and be fully staffed at all 10 public beaches starting on Saturday, June 27. Beach parking lots will be locked nightly at 10 p.m. and open to the public at 9 a.m. Based on the MA phased reopening during the pandemic, showers and changing rooms are unavailable at this time.
If you haven’t gotten your beach sticker yet, the Ellen T. Mitchell Bathhouse at 56 Surf Drive is open for sticker sales daily from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Please note that we’ve adjusted the flow of traffic, so that the front door is entrance only and the beach-facing doors are exit only. Bring your registration and lease agreement/trust documents with you!
