Falmouth Health Department to Host a by Appointment Only Drive-Thru Flu Clinic

When:            October 26, 2020 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM  

Where:           Gus Canty Recreation Center/ Senior Center parking lot at 790 Main St. 

Who:              Available to Falmouth residents 6 months and above

Due to COVID-19, the clinic will be a drive-thru by appointment only.    

Please call the Health Department at 508-495-7485 to schedule your appointment.  Vaccine will be administered to you and anyone else pre-registered in your vehicle without the need to leave the vehicle.

Please register by October 16, 2020

Uninsured children 18 and under are eligible for free (state) vaccine

Rain date: November 2, 2020 - 2:00 - 5:00

Instructions before arrival:

To receive your flu vaccination, you will need to bring a completed consent form for each person being vaccinated.  Consent forms are available here – Please print and complete adult/child form to bring with you to the clinic.

If you cannot download and print the form please let the Health Department know when registering.

Bring your insurance card for billing; there is no co-pay. 

Those who are getting the vaccine should remember to wear short sleeves or clothing with easy access to the upper arm.

Kindly leave pets at home.

Vaccine Available:

Offering Quadrivalent single dose influenza vaccine (designed to protect against four different influenza viruses; two influenza A viruses and two influenza B viruses).
