2021 Navigational Dredging Notice
The Barnstable County Dredge will be conducting dredge operations from May 14 – May 23rd at Bourne’s Pond Inlet, Great Pond Inlet and Green Pond Inlet. Hours of operation will by Monday to Saturday 7am to 5pm. The dredge is the “Codfish II” and can be raised on VHF Channels 18 and 16.
Mariners are advised to use caution when approaching the dredge and/or dredge pipe and to obey any posted safe passing instructions. The dredge is restricted in its ability to maneuver so please give them adequate clearance at all times.
