If unable to appeal online: Please download and complete the Parking Ticket Appeal Form (PDF). Drop off or send the completed appeal form along with any photographs to: Collector's Office, 59 Town Hall Square, Falmouth, MA 02540.
*Your appeal will be denied if not received within 21 days from ticket date.
