Our mission is to provide the highest level of service to the citizens of Falmouth and the departments within town government by working collaboratively, accurately, and professionally towards promoting financial stability of Town operations to assure principal is protected, liquidity is maintained and yields are safely maximized.

Pay or Appeal Tickets: You may Pay or Appeal your parking ticket online. (NOTE: The payment page says County of Plymouth - this is correct.)

If unable to appeal online: Please download and complete the Parking Ticket Appeal Form (PDF).  Drop off or send the completed appeal form along with any photographs to: Collector's Office, 59 Town Hall Square, Falmouth, MA 02540.

*Your appeal will be denied if not received within 21 days from ticket date.

The Town Treasurer maintains accounts and investments, borrowing and funding. Other responsibilities of the Town Treasurer include:

  • Cash Disbursements
  • Cash Receipts
  • Payroll Processing
  • Tailings (Uncashed Checks)
  • Tax Title Collection

 We collect:

  • Motor Vehicle and Boat Excise Taxes
  • Parking Tickets
  • Real Estate and Personal Property Taxes
  • Water Bills
We also issue Municipal Lien Certificates.
