Introducing the new Agenda and Meeting Management Portal

The Town of Falmouth announces the launch of our Agenda and Meeting Management Portal (referred to as AMM).  The AMM Portal is for the public to access Select Board meeting agendas, meeting packets, minutes, and video links.  

The new AMM Portal offers residents a convenient way to access meeting documentation and to stay informed about Select Board meetings.  With features like a meeting calendar, advanced search options, and email subscriptions, the portal is designed to provide easy access to meeting materials. 

Meeting Event Calendar: View upcoming meetings.

Advanced Search & Filtering: Find specific meetings, agenda items, and meeting materials.

Email Subscriptions: Sign-up to receive notifications when meetings get posted.

Interactive Agenda View: Access and download agendas, available meeting attachments, and minutes directly within the agenda meeting view. 

Current subscribers to notifications of agenda postings on the former Agenda Center have been moved into the new AMM except for Text/SMS subscribers.  If you were previously receiving agenda notifications via text message, please note that SMS subscriptions were not transferred as they are not supported by the new email notifications module.  However, you can easily sign up for email notifications in the new AMM Portal.

To sign up for email notifications, simply click the “Sign In” button in the top-right corner of the AMM Portal.  If you forget your password, enter your email and click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset it.
