Lawrence Lynch will be milling 2 inch depth of existing asphalt and placing Hot Mix Asphalt overlay at the following locations: Route 28, On / Off ramps associated with Exits at Route-151 (Excluding Rt-28 SB On Ramp), Thomas Landers Road and Brick Kiln Road beginning Sunday 9/22/19. Expected duration will be 3 weeks, weather permitting. Hours of operation will be from 8:30PM-5:30AM. Expect lane closures.
