Beginning on Tuesday, March 30th, Public Works will be starting construction on a proposed parking area behind Town Hall.
In order to build the parking area, Public Works and our pavement contractor will need an expanded area for equipment and trucks. To achieve this, the rear parking area will be closed to all vehicles during the demolition, excavation and mill/pavement phase. It is expected that this construction will take approx. 2-3 weeks. Public Works will be updating the timeline and construction progress as the project moves forward.
We understand that parking is limited at Town Hall and this construction will cause some inconveniences. We look to expedite the work and strive to keep the construction timeline to a minimum.
